Nicholas Panza, DMSc, PA-C
Founder & Clinical Director
Nicholas Panza began his medical career as an EMT-Critical Care, where he built a strong foundation in pre-hospital medicine and patient care. He went on to become a nationally certified Physician Associate in 2008, having worked in various surgical subspecialties until 2014 when he began working in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Since then, he has worked in both inpatient and outpatient surgical settings and has accumulated more than 1,000 hours of first-assist plastic surgical experience, working alongside top surgeons to deliver precision and excellence in the operating room.
Nicholas earned his Doctorate of Medical Science from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, where he was honored with an award for leadership and advocacy. His professional journey reflects a commitment to elevating patient care through clinical expertise, compassionate communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
Brooke Panza, MPH, EMT-P
Director of Operations

Brooke Panza, MPH, EMT-P, brings more than 25 years of experience in medicine, public health, and healthcare management to ensure our patients receive attentive, seamless support at every step.
Her background includes emergency medicine as a paramedic, family medicine practice management, clinical research oversight, and healthcare project leadership. This breadth of experience provides a rare understanding of both patient care and the operational side of healthcare. As Director of Operations, Brooke oversees operations and patient relations, ensuring every recovery experience embodies White Glove PostOp’s mission: safe, personalized, and luxurious post-operative care at home.
